Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aviation Time Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Saudi Riyals (100 SAR), whichever is greater.

All subscription transactions are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized payment processors, and are subject to their respective terms, including refund policies. Aviation Time Company does not directly process consumer credit card payments through this website.
