- Consultation Services: Professional advice and consultation on aviation regulatory and compliance matters, provided separately under individual engagement agreements.
3. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. They do not account for all possible employment terms, airline-specific agreements, government policy changes, or individual circumstances. Always verify your compensation with your official payroll department.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aviation Time, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including but not limited to loss of salary, income, data, or employment opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to Aviation Time in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
